What the application does

Reading without a network
Key figures, the list of indicators and pages already viewed remain readable offline, with the date they were saved and the source of each value.

Field data entry
Collection forms open without a network. Each entry is kept on the phone with its time, the device and, if you agree, the location of the collection point.

Automatic sending
When the network returns, the outbox sends entries to the server, even if the application is closed on Android. A conflict with an existing submission is shown to you for a decision.

Slow connections
Style sheets, fonts and charts are kept on the device: only data travels over the network.
Installation

The application installs directly from the browser. Choose your device.
Installing on Android

Workspace
For focal points
Data entry is reserved for workspace accounts. Sign in once with a network connection: the forms for your area are then kept on the device.

The public portal collects no personal data: it publishes aggregated statistics. Workspace entries stay on the device until they are sent, then are removed from the queue; signing out clears the workspace pages kept on the device.
