Ministry in charge of agriculture, livestock and the environment. Twice a year, together with WFP, it conducts the food security monitoring survey (FSMS) in the 17 rural provinces of the former administrative division, and it coordinates the IPC acute food insecurity analyses, including the June 2026 analysis.
